Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Supply Management, Accounts Payable have restructured to form Payment & Procurement Services (PPS). A new PPS website will be coming soon.
Located at 2075 Westbrook Mall and under the direction of Joanne Young, the Payroll Department is responsible for the following functions:

Your Pay statements, ROEs, vacation payouts, etc.

Your Benefit enrolments, including Health and Dental, Life Insurance, Disability, and Tuition Waivers.

Your Taxes are deducted at source including CPP, EI and prov/federal income tax.

Self Service provides access to your pay statements, tax slips, home address, benefits, and other information.
- Administrator assistance providing forms, policies, and other information to departmental managers

The security of employee data is very important. As part of the security of the Self Service application, it requires that a wireless or off-campus user be connected to the campus network. Setup VPN here
PIN and employee IDs:
The PIN is a 4-digit security code generated when your employee number is created. The HR administrator in your department can tell you your employee # and PIN.
